1. Upon receiving the rental contract the applicant should READ it, INITIAL FRONT COPIES, SIGN BOTH COPIES, RETURN BOTH COPIES AND THE FIRST AND LAST MONTH’S RENT before the deadline listed on the contract. Final housing assignments for new, returning and continuing tenants will be given on the move-in date.

2. Any notification by either party to the other concerning cancellation of contract, apartment changes, money payments, etc. MUST BE IN WRITING.

3. Term of Contract Rent: Please check with the office for your contract’s monthly rent.

4. Apartment or bedroom changes requested by the tenant will be subject to a $30.00 fee, and a complete check-out.

5. Each and every transaction is subject to a $10.00 convenience fee for credit and debit card payments online and in the office. Check by phone or payment by check online is subject only to $1.50 convenience fee.
