We offer luxurious, private living that is affordable! Our apartments are BYU Approved, UVU Certified, and conveniently located near both BYU and UVU.

Every apartment is fully furnished and has 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom per person), 2 bathrooms and 4 individual vanity areas. There is a private patio or balcony for each apartment with extra storage space.

Our large swimming pool, located in the middle of the complex, has plenty of sun and deck space and the Jazuzzi, next to the pool, is open all year round. We have the best sand volleyball court around and a private patio area for summer barbecues.

Bus stops are right outside the apartments, with UTA buses running every 15 minutes.
